Who does BAICA hire?
Since we are a Christian school, our policy is to hire only dedicated Christians who love the Lord Jesus with all their heart, soul, and mind. They must wholeheartedly endorse and embrace the principles forming our Foundation, including our Mission, Philosophy, Objectives, and Statement of Faith. Essential character qualities include a love for Jesus and a desire to share Him with others, a caring concern for children, an ability to teach well, a servant's heart, diligence, and a lot of patience and flexibility. How does one apply for employment with BAICA?
All of our staff recruiting is conducted through the Network of International Christian Schools, Inc. (NICS), which maintains its home office in the United States. All completed NICS applications should be sent directly to the NICS home office (though duplicate copies may be sent to BAICA ). After screening all applicants, the NICS home office forwards the names and applications of suitable candidates to our office here at BAICA. All phone interviews and final hiring decisions are made by the administration of BAICA .
When should one apply for employment with BAICA?
Applications for employment are accepted by NICS at all times during the year. BAICA begins its initial interviewing of candidates as early as November, for the next school year beginning in August. The goal is to finalize all hiring decisions by the end of February.
